About
I make items to be used and treasured, pots that become a part of the daily rituals of life and show evidence of the hands that made them. Each one is carefully considered and unique, made from various stoneware clays and thrown on the wheel.
I work out of a barn next to my house in Aberdeenshire, sometimes in the company of swallows and starlings.
I take joy in the unpredictability of a finished piece and hope to build a wood fired kiln in the near future.
